Who doesn't love making cookies and eating the raw dough in the bowl? Sometimes I think the dough tastes better than the baked cookie itself. These bliss balls are just that! They are so easy and quick to make, are the perfect afternoon pick-me-up and the texture is almost like fudge.
2 cups of almond flour (or oat flour if no almond on hand)
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 heaped tbsp liquid sweetener (maple or rice malt syrup)
2 tbsp nut butter of choice (cashew or almond works nicely)
60g dark chocolate chopped up
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
In a food processor you simply place all measured ingredients into a bowl and blend until smooth and sticky, if using a bowl do the same but make sure chocolate is chopped into small chunks.
Roll into balls and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Optional to drizzle melted chocolate on top!
