Blue Dinosaur Banana Bread Bar

Vegan, GF, DF, Paleo


1 cup Fine coconut

8-10 Medjool dates

70 grams dried banana

3 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)

2 tbsp cinnamon powder


1. Line a baking tray and heat the oven to 160C bake.

2. Blend all ingredients into a food processor until well combined. If too try feel free to add more dates/coconut oil. I even once added 2 tbsp of almond butter as well!

3. Press down into the baking tray firmly.

4. Bake for approx 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden, then set aside to cool and harden (sometimes place it in the fridge to speed this process up and makes it easier to chop into slices)

5. Chop into bars and keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
